Corporate AV just added new High Definition LCD projectors to our rental inventory! The Eiki LC-HDT1000 is a 2K capable, native 1080p 17:9 ballroom projector that is bright and energy efficient. It operates on standard power using less than 10 amps, and features a full range of connectivity options. HDMI, DVI, HD-SDI, RGBHV are all available as well as the projector has complete networking capability. Also added to the Corporate AV inventory are fixed .8 short throw and medium to long range zoom lenses to give us a wide variety of capabilities to meet every need.

Within the first 24 hours of receiving the projectors they were placed in 2 different applications, one high end corporate facility with a lot of ambient light, and a huge theater onto a 30′ projection screen. In both cases they looked beautiful and the clients were very happy with the quality of the image and the energy efficiency.

An industry visionary, Guilderson expanded Corporate AV into specialized work for hospitals, healthcare companies, and non-profit organizations from its traditional base of business meetings and conferences.

Guilderson acknowledges the importance of bringing in staff members who can contribute to a positive customer experience. “Anytime we look to add to our team, we seek out people who not only excel in their technical and customer service skills, but also match our culture and production environment,” says Guilderson. “Rick’s expertise in IT and Marketing, combined with his attention to details and logistics and his love of music, technology, and entertainment, make him an ideal fit for the Corporate AV family.”

Corporate AV also devotes a portion of its time and resources toward work with Westchester-based non-profit organizations. Hoolan has dedicated time to Guiding Eyes for the Blind in Westchester and looks forward to continuing that commitment as part of the Corporate AV team.

Corporate AV became the first company in the Northeast to take inventory of the brand new db Technologies T12 Sound System. In inventory are (12) T12 line array tops, and (4) S30 double 18″ subwoofers. This new series is a lightweight and powerful 3-way powered box, with built in networking, and 1410 watts of power. This system will be used in various forms depending on the venue and the application, so Corporate AV has all rigging hardware for both flying the equipment or ground stacking.

Systems Engineer Steven Sherer was excited about the new system, “In the past couple of years we’ve been working on larger and more involved sound projects, and one of our growing needs was a powerful sound system with long throw capability. But we needed something compact and ground stackable, and of course it had to sound good. We’ve rented and demoed a number of other systems, but the db system really impressed us. ” A week after the system was taken into inventory, it was used as the main PA for a 900 person investment conference, and the entire team, and most importantly our client, was blown away with the quality of the sound.

Voted as one of the country’s best golf courses, this year’s event had over 1500 people in attendance. Corporate AV provided over 30,000 watts of sound and LED uplighting for the entire clubhouse.

On October 13th Corporate AV joined the NY Police and Fire Department’s Widows and Childrens Fund and 1200 of their closest supporters at the Park Ave Armory to honor our first responders and their families. The event raised over $2 Million and featured Brian Williams, Rusty Staub, Mark Messier, and a performance by Duane McLaughlin.

For the Park Ave Armory, everything has to be large scale to match the dimensions of the 55,000 square foot Drill Sargent Hall. Corporate AV set up (6) 15 x 20 Truss Screens with 16,000 Lumen Christie Roadster projectors and controlled everything with a Barco Encore controller. The main PA system was a Renkus Heinz Line Array, with a separate cocktail JBL VRX audio system. Lighting included a variety of Mac movers and dozens of conventional fixtures for the main stage and cocktail area. Corporate AV also provided (2) stages, all rigging and power distribution, and complete technical production. The most amazing element was that everything was setup in only 8 hours!

Corporate AV is proud to have been part of supporting our First Responders and in helping our clients continue to raise funds to support the families of those who have given their lives.[[Show as slideshow]]

Corporate AV transformed the private nightclub into a high tech sports bar with the addition of?(1) 60″ plasma, (2) 50″ plasmas, and (5) Panasonic 7700 DLP Projectors. Ed Morrell, project manager for the event, designed the video system so that everyone had a clear view from anywhere in the venue. The Corporate AV team installed?(3) 5×9 and (2) 6×10 screens, and had placed the plasmas on 10′ high light poles to get above food stations.??Our client was very pleased, “The venue looked amazing and we had such positive feedback.?
