Meet the Corporate AV Team

Joe Guilderson

President

Joe started his career at Corporate AV in sales as an Account Executive, working with his clients on delivering events and presentations with impact. As President, Joe oversees all sales and operations with a hands-on approach to ensure that every client receives the best service and production possible. Guilderson is a highly regarded expert in his field who has been quoted in numerous trade and business publications, including Rental & Staging Systems, Event Solutions, and Pro AV Magazine. In 2008 Joe was awarded the Westchester Business Council’s Rising Star Award, and in 2011 Guilderson received the Westchester County Association’s Apex Award for Small Business.

 

Ed Morrell

Senior Account Executive

Ed has been building relationships and producing showevents at Corporate AV since 2001. After touring the world as an Audio Engineer for the concert and corporate world, Ed brought his talents to Corporate AV. Ed’s technical knowledge, head for large scale production, creativity and dedication to his clients, has put him in charge of managing some of Corporate AV’s most important clients. He develops ideas from concept to installation and is a true asset to his clients. Ed is an active member of ISES NY and Audio Engineers Society.

 

Rick Hoolan

Account Manager

Rick joined the team in 2011 as our first lead Networking Engineer, and in early 2012 became a part of our full time staff. He now manages many of our key local and national accounts, and his attention to detail is greatly appreciated by our clients. Rick has spent years as a website developer and has been very actively involved in managing clients’ digital communication. Rick’s combination of technical skills, logistics knowledge, and customer service have made him an asset to our Account Management team.

 

Harold Meling

Operations Manager

Harold joined our team as a freelancer many years ago, and then became a full time member of our Operations Team in 2008. His ability to lead a team and attention to detail have made him a true asset to our Operations Team. From trucking to staffing to equipment management, Harold handles it all. He works to always place the right person in the right role to guarantee our clients’ success.

 

Steven Sherer

Systems Engineer

Steve has been a part of our organization since 2007. He had previously traveled the world with Disney on Ice and Ringling Bros, so he’s familiar with large scale productions. A graduate of the country’s premier Production School, Full Sail University, Steve is involved in planning all of our systems and large scale events. His attention to detail and technical expertise have made him one of our leaders in Audiovisual Production and Systems Design and Installation.

 

Peter LiMarzi

Special Projects

Pete has been part of the team for almost twenty years. He has traveled the country with many of our corporate clients, and previously handled corporate training for IBM. Now Pete handles all of our internal IT as well as our inventory management, critical pieces in our daily operations. His special skills allow him to be a part of many of our customized projects – from stage building to networking to system installation – and he’s always working on a new project.

 

Maurice Johnson

Senior Audiovisual Engineer

Maurice has been one of Corporate AV’s most loyal and trusted partners since 1999. Maurice started at Corporate AV as a field technician, handling all audio, video, and lighting for meetings and events. His technical skills and show personality earned him the position of Lead Technician and had him traveling the country with our largest clients. Maurice has handled every role in the company at some point, and is a true asset to each of our clients. He is a leader, a skilled professional, and dedicated to achieving successful results for our clients.

 

Peter Malone

Senior Audiovisual Engineer

Peter is our resident video expert, and joined the company in 2000. Prior to Corporate AV Peter worked as a camera person for a local sports station, and has since developed those skills into some of the best in the business. Peter is one of our lead engineers in charge of all sound, video, lighting, and staging, and is one of the most requested engineers in the company. Many of our top clients request Peter by name and trust him in dealing with their most important events and personnel. His logistical and video expertise, have put Peter in high demand and he is always up for a challenge.

 

Danielle Guilderson

Office Manager

Danielle has been working at Corporate AV since her high school years. She handles all of our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and keeps all of our records and books running smoothly. With a Masters in Holistic Healing, Danielle has many skills and keeps our team both fiscally and physically in good shape.

 

Charles Pelissier

Regional Account Executive

Chuck is in charge of growing our operations in the Greater Boston area. He comes to us with a passion for music and a vast amount of experience in AV and music. A graduate of the country’s premier Production school, Full Sail University, Chuck also spent several years working with ASCAP protecting composers’ and artists’ rights. His dedication to creating successful solutions is one of the many reasons that our Greater Boston clients are turning to him for support. Chuck is a member of ISES New England.
